- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences as well as a Bachelor’s in IT Management.
- Over 10 years of solid experience in pharmaceutical environment in hospitals, community pharmacies, Drug Stores, Customer Service, Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance and Quality Control Management.
- In-depth experience in providing planning and management services to assigned projects, including developing the required project plans, developing and participating in the definition of client needs and business cases.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy systems and associated technology issues.
- Expert knowledge and experience of process improvement methodologies such as Pareto Analysis, Ishikawa Diagram, Process mapping, Process flowcharting and Brainstorming.
- Competent in leading presentations and meetings, enabling discussions between teams, ensuring open lines of communication within the project, resolving conflicts and engaging stakeholders.
- Development of business requirements as well as process flow diagrams.
- Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.
