One of the first to bring ‘e’ to the Middle East, Cecil has presented multiple seminars on Business-to-Business eCommerce (eProcurement and EAI/B2B software in all of the GCC countries) over the last ten years. As Director of EAI and eCommerce Solutions, for the largest systems integrator in the Middle East, Cecil (using the Internet) developed and grew an impressive customer base through his offerings of solutions combining Best-in-Class software products. Cecil has partnered with top Best-in-Class software providers to offer unique integrated solutions.

To continue his vision, Cecil started his own company which has as it’s foundation a firm belief that no one software company can provide ‘the total’ solution for every company. TTS will bring together the Best-in-Class software to provide all of these needed solutions. The answers to the problems faced by IT today lie in making all applications ‘play-well’ together; whether they are legacy, just put into production yesterday, internal or external.

Cecil has a unique insight into what makes IT departments work. Formerly he was an international trouble-shooter; fixing IT problems for Merit Bank, J.P. Morgan Chase, Neiman Marcus, U.S Department of Defense, The American Heart Association, D&B and Hong Kong Bank of China. Certified to teach forty different technical topics, Cecil has over 5,000 ex-students in 13 countries.
