Commented on Reliability of backup process are valuable as this is used as a failover migration tool.
From Arcserve, we can do the same (Instant VM) for Physical and Virtual Servers, adding Cross platform hypervisor support (from a production VM on VMware to Intant VM onHyper, and from Production VM on Hyper-v to Instant VM on VMware)
