CoOrdinated Conversion to Endevor from Home Grown LibrarianCoOrdinated Conversion to Endevor from Home Grown Librarian based System. The project took several years to complete, mostly because of resistance from developers and their management. We had to change the culture as well as the processes themselves.

I have a job that I enjoy. I like the technical work and I continue to dig deeper into Rexx TSO and ISPF as they relate to my Endevor Admin work. I learn more every day and I intend to keep at this as long as the learning continues. I'm a mainframe Tech head and have always been.
