I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other Subject Matter Experts(SME) regarding application development. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite part of my duties is working with various development teams and understanding their objectives. As we go through that collaborative process, the solutions start to progress and that's what I look for.

As a Sr. TSA, Source Control SME for RBC, which is one of the largest banks in Canada, I provide solutions to the company’s various development teams. I was a major team player in the migration of 500+ development projects to the newly SCM Enterprise Solution developed in house. I also managed the various application tools used for the Devops solutions.

My most exciting work to date was learning the several development methodologies used throughout the organization and I was granted the honour to teach the new solution to over 1500 developers. Not only did I enjoy teaching, but also found it very rewarding to see the results.
