WHAT WE DO FOR OUR CLIENTS: WhereScape is an organization that rapidly accelerates and generates code for every data warehouse process through their data warehouse automation tool. Those automated processes include: getting data from sources, ETL, creating fact tables, dimensional modeling, star-schemas, data marts, and even generating documentation. This in turn allows IT shops to deliver at a 10-100x faster rate to their consumers of data. WhereScape creates an agile approach to the historically crusty and slow processes of the data warehouse. We know how critical it is that our clients get real profitable results from their existing data warehouse on time, every time. This is done while at the same time creating a collaborative relationship between IT employees and business executives.

WHERESCAPE'S SALES APPROACH: I attended a data warehouse conference and overheard a salesman speaking to a potential client. The salesman's approach was to tell the potential client that his data warehouse tool/service will make their data warehouse perfect and that he'd be crazy not to do business with him.

This approach got me thinking that prospects must be SICK TO DEATH hearing the same "CANNED SALES PITCH" all the time. Am I right?
