*Implementation of an Enterprise Project / Portfolio / Resource Management tool: Clarity PPM
*New Investment selection process with request classifications
*New Project Management processes, procedures and workflows
*New Change Management processes, procedures and workflows
*New Incident and Escalation Management processes, procedures and workflows
Law Enforcement, Public Safety, Executive and Senior Management audience, SAPI, Security, Privacy, Scope management, Cost management, Schedule management, Risk management, Quality management, Continuity management, Capacity management, Change management, Release management.
Stronger Focus on:
1. Organizational readiness
2. Application of CA PPM as realization of project as opposed a function of the project.
