My background is with CRM Applications (primarily focused on the RightNow option, however I have experience in implementing, and maintaining many others). Over the years I picked up a lot of experience and tools to ease the transition from one CRM to another, from large data dumps, integrations to existing systems, and business process analysis to make the technology work for the business instead of the business working for the technology.
