Previously worked at Microsoft as an Office 365 Migration Engineer. I work with all versions O365 cloud products including Azure Active Directory, One Drive for Business, Skype for Business, Yammer, Office, Intune, and others.

Returned to my last position to stabilize the Infrastructure including all remote sites and implement standard maintenance routines that mature IT organizations deploy. I was responsible for all Data Centers, Servers, VMs, Monitoring/ Alerting, Backups and Disaster Recovery, Anti-Virus, SAN, Citrix and SOP documentation. Escalation point for all engineering, development and Help Desk teams.

Previously a Messaging and Active Directory Architect and Migration Consultant. ERP Data migrations, Exchange 2003 through 2016. Exchange and Lotus Notes Migrations to Exchange.

Process Analysis using Lean Enterprise and Six Sigma. Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills. I aspire to truly understand how things work.

I feel I am fortunate that my career path has enabled me to perform large national/global migrations and roll outs from inception through implementation. I am also fortunate that I have worked in every industry and have been part of many different processes. Due to this fact, I have a unique blend of technical expertise combined with site management and migration experience.
