His main focus is on Smart Grid, Customer Relationship Management and Order Management processes. Since 1996, he has executed more that 40 projects in industries ranging from Energy & Utilities to Industrial, Distribution, Financial, Communications and Life Sciences. These experiences led him to a vast understanding of delivery methods. As client oriented consultant with strong analytical skills he plays as a bridge between business requirements and technical solutions. Giuseppe led the realization and system integration in heterogeneous system landscapes across Europe and North America. He has over ten years of experience in leading technical and consulting teams in complex Information Technology Projects using an agile approach. In his career he also acted as Project Manager, ensuring the delivery of projects in time and budget.
