Takes advantage of Sparx strong features for valid UML modelling, centralized SQL repository in the cloud, drag-and-drop external artifacts directly into repository, flexible document generation and publishing.
Continuing to transition organization through a mixed mode of creating documents and models to absorb learning curve and intellectual property. Targeted role-based training provided to evolve best practices.
Would have rolled out Sparx ahead of some major IT "blueprint" projects. Would have made Sparx readers part of standard build with controlled upgrade to read-write.
