Working as Practice Lead for Insight, he is a subject matter expert in cloud, virtualization and management. He has experience managing, solutioning, planning, organizing, and leading complex global projects acquired in 23+ years of experience in IT, in roles that span from application developer through System Engineer, Network Security, Technical Consultant and IT Manager, working in segments spanning from government, health, education and IT sectors.

An active member of Microsoft SC TAP, MCSE, MCSA, MCT and VMware Certified Professional, he was selected as Microsoft Brazil IT Hero in 2007. He also awarded the Microsoft IT Heroes Happen award in US in 2008. Furthermore, his virtualization project for a governmental institution in Brazil, while working as IT Manager, was selected as business case by Microsoft.

He leads major virtualization, AD and Exchange projects for large customers is APJ, closely collaborating and liaising with pre-sales and sales teams to ensure order fulfillment, client satisfaction, and IT synergies.

His product skill sets include Microsoft infrastructure, Linux, Networking, Security and VMware in complex and large scenarios; He has strong grasp of infrastructure and architecture solutions, IT management and industry-related datacenter processes, strategies, industry regulations and requirements.
