His expertise includes designing and implementing network infrastructures, performing IT and facility assessments, auditing and reviewing network infrastructure and technology facility infrastructure designs, supporting clientele through technology upgrades, migrations, and problems, he provides network infrastructure operations and performance analysis, testing and analyzing network electronics and structured cabling systems, developing enhanced analysis report documents, recommending corrective actions for discovered network issues, correlating cost of network performance issues to loss of revenue, assisting clientele in developing policies and procedures according to industry standards, managing client engagements and project timelines, and developing relationships with distributors, cabling contractors, design consultancies, and manufacturing entities.

Manage all aspects of the strategy, vision, delivery and support of the technology products and services offered by i2i to its clients.

• Provide executive level business management, operations and strategic direction for the company

• Provide principal level business and technology consulting on existing and prospective client engagements

• Manage client engagements and program/project timelines to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services and critical information

•Provide senior-level network infrastructure architecture, engineering, operations, assessments, migration, and support for clientele

o Assess network infrastructure components–cabling, active elements (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) and wireless hardware
o Develop strategic and tactical level plans for technology facilities such as Data Centers, Call Centers and NOCs
o Develop strategic-level designs and plans for client’s network infrastructure
o Plan and implement tactical level requirements for network infrastructure
o Manage existing data center co-location client’s infrastructure
o Migration and consolidation of facilities across a global foot print
