Career History: I have over 10 years of experience in the Information Technology field.
I have gained my knowledge through roles such as Network Tech, IT Consultant, Systems Administrator & SharePoint Administrator and now currently working as a Lead Web Systems Administrator focusing on DevOps and Automation for Citrix Systems. Develop and recommend Agile solutions and strategies for technical issues. Serve as a liaison between Prod Ops and QA/Dev team to develop better testing and code releases within both environments using automation skills such as PowerShell, Bash scripting, Jenkins CI, CA Release Automation, Selenium and DynaTrace App Mon.

Career Highlights: I have worked in leading the DevOps efforts within the IT Web Operations team. Adopting Agile Scrum/Kanban methodologies. Focusing on Automation and streamlining deployments and testing. Along with focusing on Application Performance Monitoring. Serve as Subject Matter Expert for DynaTrace APM. Setup and deployed DynaTrace AppMon in Pre-Prod and Production. Upgraded to DynaTrace 6.5 along with SaaS One Agents in our Production environments.
