I am graduated in business administration with experience in large multinational company in IT and process management, fluent English spoken and written, international experience with study abroad.

I work a few years in the area of ​​process management as a promoter of this practice, participate actively in the community involved in process management. I have experience in modeling, analyzing and documenting current processes (as is), and specify indicators to measure processes, suggest improvements or new processes (to be), based on startegic planning (BSC) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) as well as participate and monitor the implementation of the proposed processes or changes.

Have expertise in mapping techniques and process analysis, modeling and BPMN notation, using Bizagi tool for mapping, automation and integration via SOA layer with legacy systems.

Specialties: Business Process mapping (AS IS), analysis, design (TO BE), automation and monitoring.
