About me

I am responsible for developing GE Healthcare IT's online community of 5000+ employees on our social business software platform (Jive SBS). I also lead the execution of our new customer service community portal.

In this role I act as a bridge to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. I drive adoption of the tool and engagement in the community, as well as developing a transparent and open collaborative online culture.

My business and technology experience ranges from process improvement and organizational change to IT project management and large ERP implementations. I also lead campus recruiting for GE at Creighton University.

I bring passion and speed to everything I do. I am a loyal Getting Things Done fan and execute quickly at high-quality. My energy and attention to the customer's best interest set me apart as an agent of change.
