30 years of experience in supervision / management of development projects and implementation of management systems (ERP), business process automation (BPM), project and implementation of technology and information security, ISO/IEC 27001, PCI-DSS, COBIT and franchising consulting services developed in Paraguay, Argentina, Colombia, Panama, Ecuador, Chile, El Salvador, Brazil and Mexico.
Through my services I can provide design and management of processes that are aimed to achieve optimization technology investment to increase the return on investment (ROI), compliance with national and international regulations applied and alignment of the services sector technology for internal services (ITIL), that are appropriate to the strategic and business objectives of your company.
As Information Systems Audit Manager/Chief Technology Officer and later IT Associate Director for Ernst & Young Paraguay, I led the Information Systems Audit team's formation, managing human resources and financial investment for simultaneous and successful implementation of 70 projects of medium and high complexity of the areas of administration, audit, human resources and information technology.
Other functions that have developed as a volunteer are monitoring educational projects and social management, using methodologies established by the PMI (www.pmi.org) and ISACA (www.isaca.org).
