Answered a question: Has anyone tried integrating HP ALM and JIRA ?
HPE provides ALM/QC <-> JIRA synchronizer. It is an additional adapter on top of the existing ALM Synchronizer. At the time of this post JIRA versions supported are 6.2.x, 6.3.x, or 6.4.x

I can speak only for ALM as I'm a presales consultant at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. The list above is pretty much the ALM navigation menu, the tool supports each one of those areas
