Nexus seems a brilliant choice, it has a mature security scanner and great repo app for storing/caching packages.

Answered a question: Which software would you recommend for enterprise backup -- Commvault or Veritas Netbackup?
My personal opinion is NetBackup. It's easier to set up. I have had personal experience with Commvault in the past and was not happy with my experience but I believe the new version of is much better.
