Answered a question: Interesting that Microsoft Cloud ( Azure) is number 2 in cloud provider market yet not included.
For our business we chose AWS over Azure for several reasons
* Preference for Python code behind over VB/C#
* Preference for PostgreSQL over SQL Server
* Preference for Linux over Windows
* AWS Tools further along in Dev than Azure tools
