Malcolm is a highly motivated, customer-oriented and results-driven software professional, with experience designing, implementing and evangelizing solutions. He has worked in a number of positions over the course of his career, including developer, team leader and architect. His software development experience ranges from Windows internals up to Service Oriented Architecture and Composite Application development, and of software development methodologies and practices ranging from Waterfall to Agile at Enterprise scale.

An HP TCP Master, his current interests include understanding the challenges faced by organizations as they scale up their software development practices across the enterprise, while maintaining, and even increasing, software quality. He is particularly interested in Agile and DevOps practices at large scales, and in all aspects of software quality and testing.
