In the past I have built several successful international software and consultancy organizations and sold them to stock listed companies. My strength is to compose and manage a winning team which takes care of customer delight and as a result delivers great financial results. In my last venture our margins were twice the industry average and our yearly growth rate was always higher than 30%.

My actual goal is to build a new organization in which young enterpreneurs will be managed to build their own business in the protected environment of our incubator so that they will become as successful as we have been in the past.
