I'm a senior HR professional. I've worked both as HR generalist and specialist in the private as well as semi-public sector; both in local and international roles. My mission is to create sustainable working relationships at the individual, team and organizational level.

I'm in favour of combinaing the 'O'​ of Organization with the 'P'​ of People and prefer to work in project mode using tools and models that are 'evidence based'​.

In addition, I'm passionate about using information technology to empower employees and managers to deal with their day-to-day HR related questions.
