The platforms I currently support are: Mac OS, iOS and Windows 7. We currently support over 900 Macs with Jamf Pro and manage several hundred iPads as well. I have been attending JNUC since 2014.

Over the last 30+ years, I have enjoyed many Apple technical and support experiences. My history is with higher education and K-12 in southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois spans over 30 years. During one year of sales, I had a sales goal of $22 Million, I ended that year at 221% of that goal and was ranked in the top 10 in sales in Apple's Midwest territory.

In addition, I work with individuals to empower them to learn more and to expand their knowledge base of how to use their Macintosh systems in new and exciting ways. Watching people learn more about the technology in their lives is a lifelong process.
