I am working as an enterprise search engine professional. I have worked as a Knowledge Manager and specialize in designing information architecture for SharePoint sites. Being Lean certified, trained on Six Sigma, I look for ways to make processes improvements and reduce waste.

I have designed and analyzed dashboards on KM metrics to make improvements to KM systems and evangelize user segments to increase KM engagement. I have also worked as an IBM Mainframes programmer and written COBOL codes and JCL jobs to create and maintain credit card transaction clearing system.
