Self-motivated, personable and experienced sales and technical professional with over 20 years experience working in the IT industry, mostly in the managed infrastructure services sector.

Has worked in a variety of roles and has experience of advising on complex customer environments, providing measured and well thought out solutions to the infrastructure and IT lifecycle. Able to communicate at all levels (from non-technical through to developers, sales team and C-level executives) on any aspect of a project or process requirement.

Ability to view requirements from the customer’s perspective and to build effective relationships with both customers and colleagues. Understands the importance of identifying commercial challenges and looking at opportunities for process improvement.
