I would like to add a simple example for IQBot.  Scenario: Typed Insurance claim PDF document is submitted to the system. The intention is to extract the details, validate the data against internal systems and approve or reject the claim based on set criteria and evaluation…

There are a lot of RPA players coming up in the market.  Most of them would not survive the tough feature line-up from the leaders. Especially Microsoft in the space could overshadow the current leaders.  However, we can certainly be looking at low-cost or alternative…

@Shibu Babuchandran, valid points.  When SMBs base their outreach, it is usually in the mid-market space which is not so very strong in technological vision neither they have the tolerance for the cost of a solution.  In the Covid backdrop, most of the mid-market companies…

I could see some points being covered in the previous reply.  In my opinion, I would go with a solution that meets my needs. If it is plain and simple RPA and you have office 365 it is okay to try with Power Automate and decide.  If there is complex processing involved, I…

If you are looking at a high level, IBM’s digital business automation looks like something that will work well for IBM products with pre-built integration packages. On the other hand, Automation Anywhere or UiPath also offers automation that support multiple technology. If…

I would rather prefer to look at the use case scenario in hand and see if it helps solve my problem statement. ABBYY is indeed very efficient with documents and highly scalable

Open source framework certainly has greater potential. In my opinion, when certain shortcomings are identified, solution to such shortcomings would be slow. On the other hand SAAS products provide that dedicated support and intent to make that issue sorted out in a fixed…

I think Omar Madaeen has given the response very crisp and clear! When you use it with a a product along with its built in RPA and AI capabilities like UiPath it will become easy to move the process and address the complete value chain of process.

Insurance industry is wide open for the implementation of RPA. If you look at any processes that are mundane and repetitive in nature that involve extracting information from one system or document and processing it in another then RPA could be a quick help in your…
