Total of 15 years experience across oracle CRM, Inventory, P2P, O2C, later into telecom BSS ops like CRM, Provisioning, Mediation, Middlewear, Billing operations. Later, started working as OSS engineer to to administration of OSS tools like Nokia ( WNG, traffica, metact, npm) , ericsson ( ENM, ENIQ, TMA, NETAN), and CA ( Broadcom products, Spectrum, APM, UIM) and recently started AppDynamics POC Too
