With over 8 years of experience into Networking and Voice Over IP technologies, I have developed the competency to understand, develop and position solutions to better technologically equip our clients and channel partners.

Focusing on area of VoIP and Contact center solutions, I have had the opportunity to work and collaborate with leading channel partners in India. I had also recommended complete unified communications solutions for brands like Bosch and Indian Defence Research and Development Organization.
Being Cisco Certified Voice Professional and 3CX Advanced certified has certainly developed the confidence and quality of delivered solutions. I can work in situations which could be perceived as tough and restricted, however it is only a matter of perception. Knowledge is always superior to perception and I prefer to work with the former.

While I take pride in my work, I do believe that being humble is much more important. I prefer to work with minimal hierarchy and in organizations which foster wholesome growth.
