Robert Frost's oft-quoted poem, The Road Not Taken, is said to be about indecision and regrets. You remember, "two roads diverged in a yellow wood, and sorry I could not travel both ...".

I am blessed to be among those who took both paths that appealed to me equally: technology and writing.

For many years I've helped new and established businesses meet their goals of using relevant technology and creating appropriate content. My work on behalf of small businesses and non-profits spans both the local level and global markets; it encompasses both online and offline activities.

Technology and writing go hand in hand ...

Because I've had unique first-hand glimpses into the inner workings of a broad variety of small businesses, I bring a unique perspective to writing what businesses need. Past clients include city government offices, construction contractors, accounting and law firms, healthcare practices, non-profit boards of directors and a host of others.

This gives me a perspective for writing impactful materials for small business -- whether for internal training purposes, marketing business-to-business (B2B), or for educating customers, prospects, vendors or shareholders.

I'm also a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA II), CPR and BLS certified by the American Heart Association. I plan to expand my writing to cover some healthcare topics of interest to CNAs.
