8+ years of work ex in ITIL domain to gather requirements, carry out impact analysis, develop, deploy, support test & production environments and repeat this cycle using Agile approach.
My experience in this domain been with 3 employers - Tech Mahindra, Virtusa Software and Tata Consultancy Services.
Worked on Request, Quote, Order, Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB and Billing Management modules using BMC Remedy and ServiceNow platforms.
Currently with Atos working on Cloud solutions using ServiceNow.
Being in the service industry and working closely with client who are a global players, my exposure to E2E testing support, UAT, ORT and Production Cases has provided me with good opportunity of Process, People and Product management.
