Arista Networks is a computer networking company headquartered in Santa Clara, California, USA. The company designs and sells multilayer network switches to deliver software-defined networking solutions for large datacenter, cloud computing, high-performance computing and high-frequency trading environments. Arista's products include an array of 10s switch. Arista's own Linux-based network operating system, EOS, runs on all Arista products.
Zabbix is an enterprise open source monitoring solution for networks and applications, created by Alexei Vladishev. It is designed to monitor and track the status of various network services, servers, and other network hardware. Zabbix uses MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, Oracle or IBM DB2 to store data. Its backend is written in C and the web frontend is written in PHP. Zabbix offers several monitoring options:
