Broadcom Corporation is an American fabless semiconductor company in the wireless and broadband communication business. The company is headquartered in Irvine, California. Broadcom was founded by a professor-student pair Henry Samueli and Henry T. Nicholas III from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1991. In 1995, the company moved from its Westwood, Los Angeles, office to Irvine, California. In 1998, Broadcom became a public company on the NASDAQ exchange and now employs approximately 11,750 people worldwide in more than 15 countries.CyberArk is an information security company focused on privileged account security. The company's technology is deployed worldwide primarily in the financial services, energy, retail, and healthcare markets. As of September 2014, CyberArk had nearly 1,600 customers, including over 30 of the Fortune 100 and approximately 15% of the Global 2000. In June 2014, CyberArk filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an IPO, listing revenues of $66.2 million for 2013.
