Cisco Systems, Inc. is an American multinational technology company headquartered in San Jose, California, that designs, manufactures, and sells networking equipment. Cisco is the worldwide leader in networking for the Internet, and it supports, manages and operates business systems for various and major third parties. Cisco Systems was founded in December 1984 by Leonard Bosack, who was in charge of the Stanford University computer science (CS) department's computers, and Sandy Lerner, who managed the Graduate School of Business' computers.TeamViewer is a proprietary computer software package for remote control, desktop sharing, online meetings, web conferencing and file transfer between computers. TeamViewer can be used without charge by non-commercial users, and Business, Premium and Corporate versions are available. TeamViewer GmbH was founded in 2005 in Uhingen, Germany. UK-based private equity firm Permira acquired TeamViewer GmbH from Durham, North Carolina-based software developer GFI Software in 2014.
