Overview
Sciforma, previously named PSNext, is an enterprise Project and Portfolio Management software developed by Sciforma Corporation. It runs on a Tomcat, WAS, Weblogic or JBoss application server with a PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, DB2 or Oracle database. Sciforma is available in 5 languages: English, French, German, Spanish and Japanese. PSNext, first released in 2004, is the successor of Project Scheduler, developed by Sciforma since 1982.
Upland Software is the producer of a family of project, portfolio, and work management software products formed in 2013, which offers five different lines of cloud applications developed by companies it acquired. Upland grew out of PowerSteering Software, which itself was founded in 1998. PowerSteering Software was founded in 1998, an outgrowth of an earlier incarnation named Cambridge Interactive, which was founded in 1994.
