What is most valuable?

The most valuable feature is user-behavior analytics, where it will create logs based on the users' behavior and report suspicious events or other anomalies. I am working with the data analytics so it is a very good one for what I am doing.

How has it helped my organization?

This solution provides me with various alarms, and I have found security issues with some of my other products. We also have some special correlation rules that give me information about mail servers, websites, and other user behavior.

What is most valuable?

The solution's features are all quite useful. We use all of them.

What needs improvement?

Currently, we have some custom solutions for logs; it would be nice if these solutions could be provided out of the box. The solution doesn't have a standard testing framework that can be used for integration performance and other tests. The user interface could be improved in a future release.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We previously used other solutions, including Oracle, specifically Oracle Fusion Middleware. IBM is much better. It has many more options and offers more functionality. IBM offers better customization, configuration, and options in general.

I'd rate the solution ten out of ten.

It would be better with more API management features. More Micro-service and container based support. IBM is already working on it on Version 11, but it still needs improvement. Also IIB have cloud version ,it is doesn't have all features of the On premise version , and needs more improvement .

What is most valuable?

Stability, high availability, alert management, and deployments are the most valuable features for us.

How has it helped my organization?

We have about 3,000 users concurrently using this application. This application has achieved more than 99.9% up time which has resulted in increased productivity and efficiency.

What needs improvement?

The computing resources required to run WAS could be reduced so that we can use a smaller virtual machine to run the application. I would like WAS administration tasks to be completed via scripts, rather than GUI.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

I don't remember the price, but there were no additional costs.

What other advice do I have?

Use an expert WAS Admin to set up the deployment scripts and automating as much as possible. Implement DevOps concepts by working in conjunction with administrators and developers I would rate this solution as eight out of ten.
