I am about to implement a HR IS to support all my talent management processes, and I don't know how to choose between TalentSoft and Workday? Any insight about how these two solutions differ?
If you were talking to someone whose organization is considering Workday, what would you say?
How would you rate it and why? Any other tips or advice?
We all know it's really hard to get good pricing and cost information.

I'm an HRIS specialist in managing the portfolio of HR Related IT systems, projects, and changes within the corporate center area. I currently work for a manufacturing company with 10,000+ employees.
We are currently evaluating Workday, Oracle Cloud, and SAP SuccessFactors. What are the biggest differences between them? Which would you recommend?
