"The AA portal should not give us pop-ups every time a bot agent is updated.""More structured and unstructured data collection will be a challenge. While we have the IQ Bot tool, the success rate at the beginning will be lower. It will be around 20 to 30 percent at the start because you need to train the bot at regular intervals. Of course, this depends on the data. This area could use be improvement.""MetaBot helps getting data from SAP, but we still have some cases where we cannot fetch data from SAP.""While we have been developing over time, there have been issues with stability.""I would like better support. The technical support is mediocre. The support is sometimes really good, and sometimes it is really bad.""In the version that we have, there are some challenges with the browser-based applications, the cloning of the objects, and the solution's stability.""It is not able to use OCR effectively and has limited usability.""They could improve the environmental stabilizing issues. A good example of this is the use of Python code to perform automations. It is free and the skills transfer is able to happen quickly and the operation and initiation of the completed automation is easy to execute.""We had some issues in the past, but it is fairly stable now. From what I hear, it is more stable in the later versions. With version 10.1.4, there were some issues relating to load distribution.
