We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"With the appropriate governance framework, properly trained business analysts can be empowered to design and build business solutions themselves.""The approval process is simple.""The API is pretty straightforward.""Bizagi is simple. It's simple to learn.""The amount of control that this solution provides is great.""The free online Help and E-Learning is very strong.""The solution's simulation capabilities are the most valuable aspects.""This is a free solution that allows us to create quality visualizations for our company."

"All in all, Signavio usability is excellent. Anyone can learn to use the tool quickly. This increases acceptance as employees are not facing a high learning curve. With the offered usability it is easy to model processes also live in workshops.""The collaboration hub is good because it allows us to share the models that we've captured and to get comments back, and we don't all have to be in the same room, it can be remote and over time.""The solution provides data mining and AI features.""The benefit of this application is that I can immediately describe processes and form normative documents for these processes. For me, this is definitely a plus. Сurrently, I work in a company that is not involved in the structural alignment of business processes. They have huge gaps in this. Nothing is described and there are no norms. Therefore, the formation of regulatory documents, rules, and descriptions of processes, not only in graphic form, but also in documentary form is an absolute plus. I have not found this in other process programs.""The collaboration hub, which helps us in terms of being able to communicate with our customers, brings everybody into the tool and close to the process, allowing them to comment and to implement their own processes.""Process Manager is really helpful in building process maps. Creating them is really easy; the program is user-friendly.""The drag-and-drop functionality in Signavio is impressive and user-friendly, allowing easy connection to other elements without the need for excessive back-and-forth.""We could increase the transparency and speed for the new ERP introduction. The status and changes by the new system are now clear to everybody and it is a great tool to train the people."

Cons
"The technical support is not fast enough and should be improved.""The product must make automation easier.""In business process mapping, you have pools and dark pools. I don't see that Bizagi differentiates between a regular pool and a dark pool.""The free version could be better. Some of the templates and all the functionalities aren't available in the free version. I've been trying to check some maps, for example, organizational maps or a model on organization hierarchy. Apparently, there seems to be no template. You have to create your own. I am not sure if there are templates, but I've not really seen any. I think that there's room for improvement.""It is difficult to drive ROI on types of processes involving complex business rules.""Can be difficult for new users.""One thing that I don't like very much is related to integration: we have to develop some connectors... I would need a connector that connects to a REST service and that uses client ID in secret... They provide the means to develop a connector and use it, but they should implement this because REST services are among the most used protocols for web services.""Agriculture, Industry."

More Bizagi Cons →

"Signavio Process Manager needs to have an integrated document management system to better work with processes that rely heavily on documents and document flows.""There is room for improvement in analytics. People don't realize it, but the world has changed in the last six to eight months. Customers want to see AI like ChatGPT and ML capabilities in all aspects of business processes and reporting.""I think the interface itself can improve a bit. I think the interface is still stuck about a decade in the past, if I may be so brutal about it. Some of the buttons are really small, so you can't even see them. I think it needs upgrading to the 21st century with apps and the way we use mobile phones.""There is a need for more varied access packages. The access packages that I have used are not cheap enough. They also provide a complete set of tools that are not always used. Sometimes, you need more segregated things, e.g., Signavio includes functionality for a company that has not yet matured. Since there are no basic packages, the company must pay for a package that is not fully used. Typically, process management is started in a company of a certain maturity.""I would like to see the inclusion of some document management functionality so that we don't need to integrate with a second solution to accommodate this.""There are a few bugs when you use the Microsoft Surface Hub with the big screen.""The workflow automation of the solution is an area of concern where improvements are required.""From what I have experienced when I worked with a process team, we would like to work with dummy process diagrams. Right now, I don't know if I would set up a process as a dummy, since it very often gets mixed up with diagrams in production. There are many process diagrams linked to the production environment. I would like to have some kind of sandbox to work with. That would be very good. I don't even know if they already have it, but I would certainly like that."
