Otherwise, it has been protecting our data at various geographies along with the endpoints that we set up on the cloud. They have been able to filter out or thwart any attacks from the very word, "Go," and make our work very safe and smooth."

"ZTNA can improve latency."

"The only minor concern is occasional interference with desired programs."
"The EDR console should have more extensive reporting. You shouldn't need to purchase FortiAnalyzer. It should be included in the EDR part. The security adviser cloud platform could be improved with more options for exclusive or intensive rules for devices."
"Everything with Fortinet having to do with their cloud services. They need to invest more in their internal infrastructure that they are running in the cloud. One of the things I find with their cloud environment compared to others' is that they go cheap on the equipment. So it causes some performance degradation."
"They could be focused on the analysis of USB devices."

"The price of the product could be more friendly."

"Sometimes, with a lot of clients (1,000) the UI is a bit sluggish."
"As of now, product-wise, we haven't found any major concern that needs to improve, although it does not support full MDM and this is something that should be there."
"If someone has the older version of the solution, and wants to install a newer version, they must remove all of the previous applications. Otherwise, there will be issues with the solution."
"I would like to see better-enhanced features, such as protection against ransomware and different types of malicious malware."
"It is not very good for the performance of the system, and especially with older devices, it has a noticeable impact."
"This solution needs improvement in the reporting section. Reporting in Kaspersky Endpoint is good but it's not that great. The platform needs to centralize reporting control."
