Pros
"Interactive Intelligence is quite user friendly.""The social media integration is excellent."

"The most valuable features of Salesforce Sales Cloud are code hub management and sale opportunity management.""Salesforce is such a widespread software in terms of what it can do and its scope. Theoretically, you can run a whole company off of it. There are many valuable features, such as reporting and analytics. You can customize almost the whole environment is what appeals to so many companies the most.""The automation of Salesforce Sales Cloud makes the process very easier to focus on leads and converts them automatically to accounts, contacts, and opportunities.""The development cost, maintenance cost, everything will be drastically reduced - unlike traditional infrastructure where we maintain everything on our own.""The performance is good, and it is easy to use.""The company wants to implement the idea of democracy within IT. As an end user, you can do a lot by yourself, so you do not have to write code. The idea is that they go for low-code and they use flow. It's possible to update records and do things like automation without writing real codes. I think this is one of the advantages of the solution.""It is a good platform that shows consolidation of information for our customer base.""The reporting features are useful."

Cons
"The problem with this current system is that the support is not great.""The initial setup can be a bit difficult."

More Interactive Intelligence Cons →

"The scalability could improve by a small amount.""It might be easier if there were better integration with other sales systems or clouds that are not powered by Salesforce. For example, when we work with partners, such as Amazon or any other major tech company, sometimes we collaborate to develop a sales lead.""Its licensing can be improved to accommodate small companies. They provide a certain number of licenses in a set or batch, and you have to buy the set. For example, if they have 20 licenses in a set, you have to get the whole set, even if you need just three licenses, which could be a barrier for small companies. There is no option to buy fewer licenses. So, small companies have to go for a smaller CRM, such as HubSpot.""When integrating Salesforce Sales Cloud with other applications it can be difficult to maintain security.""The solution's customer support is not so good.""Applications that can help with migrating data over from the sandbox to production would make it easier because sometimes change sets can be bulky and they're not always as effective. This can be frustrating when you make a lot of changes and try to put those changes into production.""One aspect I find challenging with Salesforce Sales Cloud is its forecasting feature. While it's useful for analyzing sales data and predicting future revenue, I've encountered instances where the outcomes weren't as perfect as expected.""I would like if Sales Cloud had the flexibility to create or edit the forms used to submit requests. Right now, they're fixed, and users can't edit them. Only administrators have editing privileges, so it takes too long to make changes."

Pricing and Cost Advice
Information Not Available
  • "The subscription is on a monthly basis."
  • "The main issue is the price. Because it's SaaS, you will have to pay on a monthly or yearly basis."
  • "It is a premium product, so it is not the cheapest solution. I think if it's implemented well, and you're getting the soft cost benefits, the efficiencies, it's justified. But not if you're looking at just apples for apples as a subscription, without the complexity that you can achieve. It can deal with complex business requirements. Some other CRMs can't. But you certainly pay, so it's a premium-charged solution. It's one of the more expensive ones."
  • "I have found Salesforce Sales Cloud to be expensive. However, it is the number one CRM solution in the world. It is worth the money."
  • "The main thing is it is costly. Salesforce it is not cheap, it's costly. Some of our customers say it is a costly solution. So, we have lost some sale opportunities regarding the high price. This is the main thing that we are facing. It is sales per user and the user price is about $150 per month, per user for the Enterprise Edition. The other edition is less than this, but it is costly. A company that has 70 or 80 users would pay more than $8,000 USD yearly because it is cloud based."
  • "My understanding is that Salesforce is a little bit expensive, but in terms of the efficiencies, automation, and visibility, I think it's definitely value for money."
  • "Implementation and add-ons may be additional costs."
  • "Being license based, the license varies by type. The pricing is considered average."
