Find out in this report how the two CRM solutions compare in terms of features, pricing, service and support, easy of deployment, and ROI."The way everything integrated well with everything else was most valuable. We had one solution for everything, from the first phone call down to follow-up visits for wholesale callers and for just regular purchases."
"This solution supports multiple branches."
"The most valuable solution of Zoho CRM is lead management and analytics. It has a powerful analytics tool."
"The camera feature is valuable because it provides a look and feel."
"Zoho CRM is very simple and easy to use."
"Customer tracking, order management, sales tracking and PO tracking provide efficiency."
"The initial setup is pretty fast."
"I like Zoho CRM's automatic lead assignment and automated workflows."
"It has helped to manage, move forward, and also customize my processes. It has helped me with my sales pipeline, sales process, and performance."
"The best thing about Zoho CRM is that it is integrated with other Zoho applications."
"We should be able to personalize it for the company. There should be more customization of the pages so that they seem more like a company rather than as an outside company. We should be able to change company images and things like that and do this kind of personalization."
"The solution doesn't have features to break down the structure for multiple people in the project."
"For support, we go through a distributor, and the support we receive from them is much better than what we would from Acumatica directly. When we went to Acumatica support directly, we were not happy with it."
"The support is not quite good."
"Zoho CRM has a rule engine or a place where you can set certain rules. That's not evolved very much. They could improve this within the platform."
"Custom development is often necessary to make such extensive changes, and it does come with associated costs."
"The integration should be more user-friendly."
"The solution's feature for forecast has limitations."
"There are at least two big pieces. One is just the ability to reorganize the data and clean it up to eliminate duplicates and things like that. It is very manual at the moment. It only gives us certain fields that we can check on. Because of our particular database, it creates a problem. We deal with hospitals, and there are 50 hospitals. It is tough to figure out which one is which. Is it this one or the other one? So, trying to clean things up is very difficult. I'd like to have more ability to share data fields. The data is structured into different buckets, and I frequently have to create the same field in two different buckets. It would be nice if I could just do a view-only field in another bucket. In my contact bucket, I would like to be able to have just a view-only of the account information so that I don't need to enter it again, which is what I have to do currently."
"We'd like the solution to be less expensive."
"The solution can improve by having a policy that allows us to integrate with the cloud."
