"It is very easy to jump from one communication channel to another one. It is pretty clear and very easy to do. That is the thing that I like the most from Avaya and their suite."
"I like the share information function."
"The most valuable feature is stability."
"We really like the screen sharing tool. The user experience is smooth, and user-friendly."

"I think Skype for Business is scalable. However, I believe Microsoft is discontinuing the Skype platform altogether, so I don't think it's super-relevant."
"The integration with Microsoft Outlook for creating and scheduling meetings is nice."
"Scalability-wise, I rate the solution a nine out of ten...Stability-wise, I rate the solution a ten out of ten."
"There isn't too much information about Avaya solutions and that could be very much improved. If you want some product support, you have to go through a business partner in Latin America and there aren't many partners."
"Increase in participant numbers reduces quality of video and sound."
"The installation could be more straightforward. I would like it to work with other meeting software in the next release."
"There are issues with the bandwidth, particularly for external meetings,"
"This service could be improved by adding some missing features. It lacks integration with Teams, which is a feature I would like to see in the next release."
"Lacks a zoom-in feature for whoever is presenting."
"It would be ideal if the solution could make instant messages more permanent. Currently, if you close the conversation, you lose the instant messages that you shared during the meeting. If those could last beyond the meeting, that would be a great addition, due to the fact that frequently, people give each other key details, important information, or email addresses, etc., during the meeting. If you don't write it down during the meeting, after the meeting closes, it's gone forever. That can be quite frustrating."
"Skype for Business is good for the PCs with higher bandwidth, but an improvement is required for low bandwidth usage."
"The solution isn't connected to Microsoft Teams, and I feel like there is better communication on that particular solution. The group capabilities are a bit less than Teams."
"The solution lacks to provide reporting functionality, and I would like to see the solution provide that feature."
"The inability to integrate Skype with other products is an area of concern where improvements are required."
