"In my opinion, it's quite an advanced tool."
"With the help of data mining, we can identify different costs. Celonis does background research into the data from the different solutions and puts it into the dashboard and so we can see the differences between the pricing over the previous years."
"Celonis, especially for high-risk finance-related processes, helped us make precise decisions and uncover hidden values within our architecture. It was one of the most significant values our business identified. Additionally, it helped us during the migration process."
"It provides seamless unified views with awesome drill down options."
"We use the tool for supply chain transformation. The tool has helped us find the bottlenecks in the supply chain like where the delay occurred in delivery, payment, etc. We had to extract two years' of data from the SAP system and an internal tool. We fed the data into Celonis and it created a process map for us with hundreds of variations. It has helped us see where exactly the bottleneck was. The tool has also helped us generate a lot of reviews and KPIs. It has helped us to find the problem and the remedy through process optimization."
"Celonis provides valuable features with in-depth analysis models and UI."
"For the amount of information that it processes, it works relatively fast. I like the visual presentation and the interface is intuitive. I also like that Celonis has a learning academy."
"The training material is good. The information is very systematic, detailed, and comprehensive. They have a training video for almost every single thing, which makes it easier to know how to use the tool."
"UiPath Process Mining is really compact, like desktops and desktop automation. It is easy to make and easy to use."
"The best feature of UiPath Process Mining, compared to a process discovery tool or mining tool I forgot the name of, is that UiPath Process Mining supplies more details about your current workflow and how it influences the business, including what's the delay or roadblock. The other tool doesn't give you detailed information, so UiPath Process Mining has a significant advantage."
"Its speediness is most valuable. It is quick to develop. It is also quick and easy to learn."
"It saves our clients a lot of time."
"The solution has a very good data analysis feature."
"The most valuable feature of UiPath Process Mining is the comparison feature."
"UiPath's communication interface looks good."
"I rate the solution's initial setup a nine out of ten...I rate the solution a nine on a scale of one to ten, where one is not stable and ten is stable."
"The support costs are very high."
"Celonis isn't particularly useful when you have many manual processes without systems or back-office."
"Celonis should have the ability to automate in the next release, in my opinion."
"It should be more flexible. It is not particularly flexible in the way it works, and it is quite rigid. It has some very strong structures that you have to follow. It could certainly be made more user-friendly to understand and should have fewer requirements for manipulation of the data to create the visualizations. We should also get better support from Celonis, and they also need to make the licensing model slightly different."
"It could be less expensive."
"I have noticed Celonis and Azure, as Infrastructure-as-a-service do not communicate well with each other. Since Celonis has recently acquired PAF they would try to synergize their operations with Microsoft tools. In the next couple of years, they should be more connected to the Microsoft ecosystems. In the long term, they should integrate more with SAP which is a partner of Microsoft. This would result in cost efficiencies."
"We would like this solution to be more flexible in how it interacts with other cloud-based database solutions, so that we can operate more seamlessly."
"The UI could be improved."
"In an upcoming release, they could improve on the customization."
"Its license structure is complex."
"Integration with new technologies should be kept up-to-date so they can be adopted as they are released."
"We found that the flow chart is not very clear for some of the complex processes."
"The ability to transform raw data into actionable information can be challenging due to the variability in our customers' processes."
"I would like for user onboarding/onboarding of enterprise clients to be simplified in the next release."
"The user code feature could be improved."
"The user interface could be more user intuitive."
