"We noted immediate benefits from using the solution."
"Cloud Native Security helps us discover vulnerabilities in a cloud environment like open ports that allow people to attack our environment. If someone unintentionally opens a port, we are exposed. Cloud Native Security alerts us so we can remediate the problem. We can also automate it so that Cloud Native Security will fix it."
"The agentless vulnerability scanning is great."
"The UI is very good."
"The mean time to detect has been reduced."
"The multi-cloud support is valuable. They are expanding to different clouds. It is not restricted to only AWS. It allows us to have different clouds on one platform."
"The visibility is the best part of the solution."
"It used to guide me about an alert. There is something called an alert guide. I used to click on the alert guide, and I could read everything. I could read about the alert and how to resolve it. I used to love that feature."
"It helped us to bring security compliance and ensure system robustness throughout."
"The main benefit is that hackers can't steal information."
"The first most remarkable thing is the integration with the Office 365 solution, which is easy, fast, and totally transparent for the user."
"We have managed to have an impressive reduction in phishing that used to enter our system before applying Check Point."
"I appreciate the ease of deployment and the intuitive dashboard. Even someone with basic IT knowledge can easily understand the dashboard and identify potential threats."
"The product offers good and easy integration capabilities with other products."
"It fully protects colleagues from visiting insecure sites and browsing in unhealthy environments."
"Based on domain and URL reputation, it will allow traffic to flow."
"Trend Vision One - Cloud Security's best features are security analysis, remote access security, and driver security."
"Vision One is versatile and can be integrated with many SIEMs. You're not limited to only one SIEM, such as Microsoft Sentinel. The API integrations are seamless, and we have all the documentation needed to integrate Vision One via API."
"Virtual patching is one of the key features, which is executed with their IPS."
"Detection response and cloud conformity are valuable features."
"The tech support is excellent. They really know their products. They also know a lot of about the integrations between different solutions."
"The storage and computing features are valuable."
"I really like Trend Vision One - Cloud Security's dashboard."
"It has the best EDR functionality for cloud and typical endpoints."
"We use PingSafe and also SentinelOne. If PingSafe integrated some of the endpoint security features of SentinelOne, it would be the perfect one-stop solution for everything. We wouldn't need to switch between the products. At my organization, I am responsible for endpoint security and vulnerability management. Integrating both functions into one application would be ideal because I could see all the alerts, heat maps, and reports in one console."
"Bugs need to be disclosed quickly."
"There's room for improvement in the graphic explorer."
"I'd like to see better onboarding documentation."
"Whenever I view the processes and the process aspect, it takes a long time to load."
"Currently, we would have to export our vulnerability report to an .xlsx file, and review it in an Excel spreadsheet, and then we sort of compile a list from there. It would be cool if there was a way to actually toggle multiple applications for review and then see those file paths on multiple users rather than only one user at a time or only one application at a time."
"There should be more documentation about the product."
"One area for improvement could be the internal analysis process, specifically the guidance provided for remediation."
"Since the portal to the management and administration entry sometimes has performance problems and takes a long time to respond to what has arrived, the handling of the tool is difficult."
"There is always room for improvement and growth."
"Other vendor support teams go after fixing the issue the moment that they join the remote session. The problem that I have faced with Check Point support is that they share the case number with me, then it takes at least two days for them to join a remote session with us, even though we have asked for this timeframe to change. Even though we have already explained the problems that we are facing or the business pain points in our network on the call or email, we have to repeat the problem statements again in the console. It can take four or five days to resolve the issue from the moment they understand the problem. This includes the time to teach their R&D or internal team whatever the issue is. I have faced timeframes as long as seven to 10 days for fixing some issues."
"It would be nice to see them expand their collaboration capabilities to include other suites and integrate with lesser-known products."
"Check Point needs to address the pricing segment for SMEs."
"It would be good to have the option to export the respective record data from dashboards or logs to .csv or other files."
"After updates, the internet connection fails, and I have to restart my desktop to resume initial functionalities."
"The product's pricing needs improvement."
"The pricing can get high."
"There are also some loopholes because it's a new product that they have recently migrated to the cloud. We do see some issues with the policies we have assigned when it comes to a particular account. There are some issues with system support, such as a particular server kernel version that is not supported."
"They should provide a way for users to see violations for specific compliance."
"Trend Vision One - Cloud Security seems to have a preference for AWS Cloud over Azure and would be improved by focusing equally on both."
"The workbook insights generate a massive list, making it inconvenient to review."
"The initial setup is easy for someone who operates container platforms on a daily basis. However, it could be difficult for those coming purely from informational security or another field of an IT."
"Documentation on cloud architecture and job architecture would be helpful."
"The licensing model could be improved. To gain full coverage, you need to spend more to buy subscriptions for each kind of service they offer. It will start to be pricey if you want full coverage."
