We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"Google Drive Enterprise is a good product, and it is easy to use.""Record your meeting and simply share with anyone without thinking where to store the file.""Google has a lot of tools. They are really useful and they are really simple to use.""It's a stable product.""The solution is very easy to scale.""Even if you lose your laptop or device, your data will still be accessible on Google Drive Enterprise. Therefore, keeping your files on the tool is a safe option. You can access it from any device if you have a Gmail account. When you create a Gmail account, you automatically get access to free Google resources, including 15 GB of Google Drive Enterprise storage, which is shared across all Google products.""The product helps us to collaborate with team members. You can control the share and access feature. It is also user-friendly. The solution's security features are decent and reliable. Its APIs are good.""The most valuable feature is the ability to share files."

"G Suite Enterprise is scalable.""I like everything that Google does. They have good products.""I have found the solution to be pretty stable.""Only a few competitors can do precisely what Google Workspace does in terms of email management and calendar management through its Gmail and Google Calendar apps. It's a very seamless platform.""It has saved us money.""The valuable features of this solution are ease of use, performance is great, and collaboration. It is very easy to share and joins documents.""I think it is a great subscription for me. I think it is important, especially when making an internal email subscription. For example, I can easily create my colleague's email address, and we can use it. I benefited from G Suite. I am using the G Suite Drive, which provides 30GB of storage, and it is helping for me. I think it's better for me.""All the Microsoft Office features are available in Google Workspace."

Cons
"The product’s document management and automation features are very limited.""It would be helpful if there was a synchronization option that would allow me to synchronize folders or emails with my online repository. That way, any new items added to the folder would automatically be uploaded to the solution, without me having to manually upload them.""The only thing that's really been annoying is the single file size limit.""Improvements could include better editing features within a Word document, similar to the characteristics of on-premises versions, such as more formatting functions. Another improvement could be file transfer from the browser to the desktop, making it as simple as drag and drop.""Some features like transpose are still lacking in the solution for power users.""It would be ideal if they could offer more GBs for free. Offering 15GBs is too small.""I also use Word from Microsoft Office. Sometimes it's difficult to find some features that are available in Office and not available in Google Docs or are in a different place (if you are more used to Word). We sometimes lose time trying to find certain useability features.""When compared to Commvault or Veeam, I'm not sure what Google Drive has to offer in terms of backing up data on the cloud or in a data center for a large organization."

More Google Drive Enterprise Cons →

"Some people complain that Google Mail is inflexible. It was advanced 10 years ago, but other solutions are cleaner and clearer.""Improvements to G Suite would be the ability to collaborate more easily and better quality video compression in Google Meet.""Google Workspace doesn't have some of the Excel and PowerPoint presentation functions you get with Microsoft Office.""We've had difficulty using PowerPoint files in G Suite. PowerPoint has some functions that are not available in G Suite, so when you convert from PPTX to the Slides format, they don't work.""We noticed that sometimes when we forward emails to somebody, it is being relocated as part of the communication somewhere else. The traceability and other features should be improved.""I believe that Sheets could have a more functional and user-friendly interface. Google Sheets currently lacks macros and cross file links which can be found in Excel.""I don't recommend Google Workspace to others. It's expensive. Also, Google doesn't have enough oversight on their partners, so you will face some difficulties dealing with them instead of directly with Google.""Google Workspace needs to be more flexible, like Microsoft Excel."
