"The price is pretty reasonable for us."
"The ability to easily connect back to Service Fabric is the most important for us."
"MuleSoft Anypoint API Manager has the most valuable data components and can integrate APIs across multiple microservices."
"Overall, the platform is pretty good, I cannot say which one specific feature is good. The idea of an API manager is really interesting."

"Anypoint API Manager's most valuable feature is its connectors."

"The initial setup was straightforward."
"The entire offering and suite of tools that this solution provides have been very valuable. We are able to manage APIs on runtime on a cloud basis which has been very useful."
"The stability overall has been pretty great."
"Specific to API development, I think Microsoft is still far behind AWS. AWS has grown by leaps and bounds, and Microsoft is a close second. But in terms of features and other stuff they provide, Microsoft's compatibility with publicly available APIs is a little limited. So, that is a little bit of a constraint. But what they provide is good, it's just that they need to build more on their API suite. I think Google is doing a really good job at that."
"The integration with other API gateways is where they might try to improve."
"API Management's price could be lower."
"I would like to see more integration with other platforms, as well as increased security."
"Azure API Management could be improved with better integration with all of Microsoft's tools."
"Some of the DevOps stuff could be easier to work with. The migration paths are a little complicated, and moving code around could be more seamless. There should be less manual migration when several teams work together to publish code to the DevOps."
"Price is the first thing that comes to mind. It's quite expensive, which could be a barrier for some users."
"The licensing tiers can be misleading."
"I would like to see MuleSoft expand the range of APIs you can manage with it beyond HTTP, GIPC, and others."
"To improve Anypoint API Manager for the next release, it should focus on better consumption scalability, especially for smaller APIs."
"The product's price should be available for public review since it is not currently available for others to see, making it one of the areas where the product has certain shortcomings."
"Their analytics needs a lot of improvement. It's really lacking right now."
"Since most components are situated in the cloud, there's one particular hosted in the cloud. This presents a considerable challenge. While all other components are implemented on-premises, this specific one isn't permitted to be hosted in the cloud as per customer requirements. Shifting this component to an on-premises environment requires a significant effort."
"The cost model could be improved."
"The log management for this solution needs improvement."
"In the next release, Mulesoft should make it easier for people who don't have the native connectors to build their own rather than using the APA from the power platform or outlet."
