"Some of the most valuable features are the ease of use and the ability to monitor a lot of things. It has a lot of applications and facilities that meet all the developers' requirements. For example, we can use application insights to get an idea of our application's performance. Since it's cloud-based, it's really good for collaboration and working as a team."
"Stable and scalable solution for work planning and code collaboration. It's fast, and it offers a good user experience."
"Azure DevOps' collaborative features are good, and it integrates well with other tools in the software development process, like quality testing, documentation, and agile development."
"Our technical sales staff and business development people need to know how far the developers are on any product that we're developing. DevOps makes it easier for you to see how far along they are with the work because they have a repository where they store everything. There is a portal where you can see what has been done, what has been tested, what is working, and what isn't. I have a huge dashboard with an overview of what the development team is doing from an executive point of view."
"Some of the valuable features are the functionality and the wide range of capabilities."
"Azure DevOps is complete and meets all of your expectations. You can develop your own plugins to customize it however you want, so it's highly flexible. We develop personalized plugins or use ones that other programmers create for the Azure Marketplace."
"The installation is straightforward. We can create a whole new organization in less than a day."
"It is stable. I like Azure a lot. All our guys are Microsoft certified."
"We like the status report feature. It is something really valuable."
"You don't need a lot of plugins."
"The program is stable."
"The interface is user-friendly. It's one of the most user-friendly on the market, and the most complete."
"The demand management tool is very strategic because it helps assess risk, gives you a visual of different demands, and rates those values."
"The performance is good."
"The technical support is pretty good. ServiceNow has consistently provided excellent assistance."
"The ease of use is the most valuable feature. It's very intuitive to set up."
"Microsoft could focus on refining the reporting and dashboard elements of Azure DevOps to improve it."
"The optimization feature in Microsoft Azure DevOps needs improvement. Control over multiple projects could also be improved."
"The user interface could be improved."
"I think that the integration is to some extent, immature."
"We are currently in the process of moving all of our on-prem to the cloud platform. We are trying to make that move and host the majority of our DevOps services in the cloud because the cloud is where most of the things are going nowadays. However, the process of this transfer is not straightforward, and it could be a lot easier. Microsoft hasn't provided the maturity for migration tools. It could be a lot easier in that respect. I want to see them continue to advance the API capabilities. They could add some more robust functionality to the administrative layer within ADO services. There are a lot of configuration elements that you need to take care of at the organization level and the project configuration level from an administrative capacity. When you're dealing with process templates and things of that nature, you have to do them all manually. Being able to automate some of that using scripts or API functionality would be really nice."
"Not all companies use the same methodology which could limit the use of this solution."
"The UI, the user experience, is challenging for newcomers."
"There are certain areas in Azure DevOps that are better in other products."
"A major improvement we would like to see is definitely around agile management."
"The product does not give us the freedom to capture all the instances, test cases, and evidence."
"The user interface could be more modern."
"ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management must improve its interface, which is not very interactive or user-friendly compared to other tools like Zendesk. The real-time reporting feature doesn't help much in our decision-making process. It's quite complex to use and lacks the rich features needed for visualization. Overall, I find it to be very poor."
"The cost could be improved. The solution is quite pricey."
"ServiceNow needs to invest more in integration. That's the only thing. It could always extend its portfolio a little bit."
"ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management could improve by having more Agile features. Other solutions, such as Rally have more."
"The interface is cluttered with a lot of names and areas. It may not be user friendly enough for a first timer."
