Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"Intuitive, low-code CRM platform that's easy to integrate and use.""It provides a customizable platform that enables companies to safely store and recognize customer data, as well as connect multiple channels and other related services.""I like Creatio's workflows, automation, and no-code features that we can update as we wish.""Its configurability in terms of being able to change screens and fields and create workflows that are compatible with our business objectives is most valuable.""There's not a single CRM out there that is quite as flexible as Creatio CRM.""With Sales Creatio, you can have a customer service review, and it is GDPR compliant.""Each step of the customer journey is recorded by certain metrics and KPIs. If you want to do a lot deeper dive with Excel pivot tables or third-party analytics tools like Qlik or Tableau, that's an option."

"On the high level, it's all about managing the clients, managing the opportunities around those clients, managing the tasks, calls, activities, all those things.""The most beneficial aspect of Salesforce Sales Cloud is my development life cycle will have been shortened.""The solution can scale massively. I've been quite impressed.""This is a stable product.""You can capture all the contacts that relate to an account or business, including personal details.""The most valuable features of Salesforce Sales Cloud are the ability to track portfolio opportunities and reporting capabilities. The notification process inside the platform is also very valuable, and extracting reports is extremely useful. However, we are currently using only a small part of its functionality.""The features of Sales Cloud most useful for testing and running email campaigns are highly valuable.""The most valuable features are the reporting and the custom codes."

Cons
"The marketing feature needs to be improved. Documentation on their website, or their knowledge base, also needs expansion and improvement.""Out of the box connectors are great, but the ability of what is there versus other CRMs is limited.""To benefit from this software you need to have somebody dedicated to customizing the features you're looking for and, to be honest, I do not have time to focus only on that.""There is still some room for improvement in the overall look and feel of the software.""On the sales side, I would like to see a CPQ product, and on the services side, I'd like to see more of a field service automation feature.""The biggest area of improvement for me is the mobile app. Creatio has moved towards this composable architecture and user interface, and it looks good and works well on a laptop or tablet. But the mobile app could be improved.""Creatio's mobile app could be more intuitive.""Sales Creatio should include better customizations."

More Sales Creatio Cons →

"If they could have convenient APIs into the other parts of the corporation that I wish to share data with, that would be helpful.""One area where the solution could improve is with handling feature requests.""The solution's customer support is not so good.""Its licensing can be improved to accommodate small companies. They provide a certain number of licenses in a set or batch, and you have to buy the set. For example, if they have 20 licenses in a set, you have to get the whole set, even if you need just three licenses, which could be a barrier for small companies. There is no option to buy fewer licenses. So, small companies have to go for a smaller CRM, such as HubSpot.""The setup of Salesforce Sales Cloud is complex. You need specialists in that area to be able to have a good setup. Once it's set up properly, running it is seamless. That's the most beautiful thing about Salesforce Sales Cloud.""Sales Cloud could be improved with more training. In general, the training is very good, but you have to really seek out some good options in order to upskill yourself. Another thing, which could also be a benefit, is that Sales is very customizable. If you move from one organization to another, you can see your Salesforce as before, but their Sales Cloud may look completely different from what you're used to. It's not like Microsoft Excel or Trello, where the layout and all the functions are the same. Because it's so customizable, I feel like there is a bit of a learning curve when you inherit another Sales Cloud instance. To be honest, I think that's the beauty of Salesforce because you can customize it so much to fit your needs as a company. It follows your processes and use cases in order for you to get the most out of the system itself.""It might be easier if there were better integration with other sales systems or clouds that are not powered by Salesforce. For example, when we work with partners, such as Amazon or any other major tech company, sometimes we collaborate to develop a sales lead.""There are also certain restrictions on the reports in terms of the number of records. Ideally, that should be removed."

Pricing and Cost Advice
  • "Sales Creatio's enterprise version is $60 per user per month. Other leaders in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for sales automation, such as SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, and Oracle, are about $150 to $200 a month, and Creatio is $60."
  • "Pricing for this solution is more affordable than Salesforce, and the costs are upfront."
  • "Compared to Salesforce and other applications, Sales Creatio is a cost-effective solution."
  • "Creatio's most basic plan, which has Growth, Enterprise, and Ultimate, I use the Enterprise version. It's a fully-featured CRM that includes sales, marketing, and service, along with the studio product."
  • More Sales Creatio Pricing and Cost Advice →

  • "The subscription is on a monthly basis."
  • "The main issue is the price. Because it's SaaS, you will have to pay on a monthly or yearly basis."
  • "It is a premium product, so it is not the cheapest solution. I think if it's implemented well, and you're getting the soft cost benefits, the efficiencies, it's justified. But not if you're looking at just apples for apples as a subscription, without the complexity that you can achieve. It can deal with complex business requirements. Some other CRMs can't. But you certainly pay, so it's a premium-charged solution. It's one of the more expensive ones."
  • "I have found Salesforce Sales Cloud to be expensive. However, it is the number one CRM solution in the world. It is worth the money."
  • "The main thing is it is costly. Salesforce it is not cheap, it's costly. Some of our customers say it is a costly solution. So, we have lost some sale opportunities regarding the high price. This is the main thing that we are facing. It is sales per user and the user price is about $150 per month, per user for the Enterprise Edition. The other edition is less than this, but it is costly. A company that has 70 or 80 users would pay more than $8,000 USD yearly because it is cloud based."
  • "My understanding is that Salesforce is a little bit expensive, but in terms of the efficiencies, automation, and visibility, I think it's definitely value for money."
  • "Implementation and add-ons may be additional costs."
  • "Being license based, the license varies by type. The pricing is considered average."
