"The admin user interface is very granular. Anyone who is in IT can relate to the statement: "With anything granular, there is going to be a little bit of complexity." It can be difficult, on a layer-by-layer basis, to wrap your head around it. I'm sure hotels spam people, but I wish there was a way to know that the email was to confirm my reservation and for it to allow that through."
